I am very pleased by the overall outcome of my balayage and haircut service. Umit is patient, professional, and thorough. At times I felt a little nervous about Bruno’s assistance, especially during the rinsing process. The overall ambiance of Bonne Vie Salon is chic and the location is convenient. The reason why I cannot give five stars is because I did not feel fully valued as a customer. It was my first time there and I had to remind the front desk to provide me with the first time discount more than once. Later that evening I realized that the back of my jacket was bleached, I was neither warned or told to take it off prior to the service. When I returned I was made to feel as if it was my fault until Umit and the manager, via text, agreed to compensate me with a gift card to the salon. I feel comprehensive about returning even though my hair looks great.
